new office, might rearrange later ✨

Hi hi hi Reader,

If you asked my wife what my most annoying personality trait is, I'm guessing she'd mention the furniture rearranging. 😬

It's a trick I learned from my Mom: whenever you're feeling like nothing in your house (or life!) works, move all the furniture.*

Then, when your person comes home, you stop them at the doorway and say the following:

And then, you explain all of the problems that you solved by turning the living room into the bedroom and the bedroom into a dedicated dog room/office.

While giving them a much-too-detailed tour, of course.

Thankfully, my wife loves me and my weird brain, so she's 95% on board with me switching everything around...even if it means sleeping in the living room.

I bet you're expecting me to turn this into an analogy about consistency in your messaging.

Or not moving shit around on your website. Or making just one change on a sales page at a time instead of reworking the entire page.

Uhhhh, nope. πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

Look, there's a big difference between moving the furniture around and moving to a new apartment on the fly every week.

Just like there's a big difference between experimenting with something new in your business...and throwing the whole business out the window.

As a copywriter, I will always be here to cheer you on as you experiment, play, and try new things.

Your experimentation means I get to help you sell more of your fun, quirky, bold, and playful offers.

And even better?

That same experimental, bold, playful energy you bring to moving around your business furniture just makes the internet a more enjoyable place to be.

*P.P.S. My Mom definitely had undiagnosed ADHD, which is probably no surprise. I have an official diagnosis in hand & still find that rearranging the furniture makes my whole life better. πŸ˜‰

P.P.P.S. I'm not kidding about the dog room/office that used to be our bedroom. Here's a pic.
